Booking Deposit: A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the booked date. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us: If West End Wigglers needs to cancel due to sickness, injury, or circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be fully refunded. We will do our best to inform you as early as possible.

Travel Fees: Parties located more than 5 miles from our main office in Haywards Heath may incur additional petrol fees. Please note that we primarily serve the Mid-Sussex area and may not be able to accommodate requests outside this region.

Parking Requirements: We cannot attend venues that do not have suitable parking close to the premises due to the need to transport props, speakers, and other equipment. Please ensure parking is available when booking.

Outdoor Events: For outdoor events, the venue must be completely dry and provide a shaded power source for the speaker. Suitable shade for both the performer and the audience is also required.

Equipment Setup: Please provide your entertainer with an elevated surface or table for props and the speaker, ensuring it is near a power source.

Respect for Equipment: Hosts are responsible for encouraging guests to respect our equipment and props. We ask that shoes be removed when using floor mats. Any major damage to equipment may result in repair or replacement costs.

Session Start Time: Please consider guest arrival times when selecting your Wigglers session start time. We may not have the flexibility to delay the session for latecomers, so plan accordingly when booking.
