Having spent most of my career working in Musical Theatre, music and storytelling has always been a major part of my life. From an early age I loved Disney films and pretty much any musical. I was mesmorised by how they could tell a story and take you on a journey to all sorts of magical places through the use of well written songs.

 

After I had my first child, I spent a lot of time at baby singing groups. I realised quickly that there was room to incorporate some of these wonderful Musical Theatre songs into a baby and toddler group setting.. not just for the little ones, but for the adults too! (we all love a bit of Disney and Sound of Music right!?)

 

This is by no means a replacement to the nursery rhymes and songs we all know and love. They will also be there too so don’t worry.

 

Sessions will run at the Presentation Church Hall on New England Road on a Thursday morning initially, with the hope of expanding to other times and venues in the future.
